Dascroi, Ahmedabad.382430. Company was started business since last year. At Present after four decades Matrix metal Group has other large Seven Units at surrounding area. Every Unit has same large Production Capacity. We have a unique set up with skilled and technically powerful staff, latest machinery sufficient space, our unit has in house Shot blasting unit, Emory Chipping facility, In House Grinding Process, Painting facility with Red Oxide and Black Oxide as per party requirement. With help of that all Group produce various types Of C.I.Casting and S.G.Iron to satisfy our valuable customers. Our unit established name as reliable source for graded and commercial casting meeting all quality standards. We have also huge vendor team for casting machining, lathe, milling, fatling, shaping, cutting, drilling, and welding, erecting, hardening, inspecting facility, with help of that vendor team we can catering casting with additional process as party needs. At the time of business starting unit was engaged in production of Commercial Casting, But As party Requirement and day by day in due course of Time Company added production of Graded C.I.Casting and S.G.Iron with various type of Grades with different shape and size. For quality assurance we have unique analytic in house facility like C.Si. Analyzer, Temperature measurement Meter [Pyrometer], Universal Hardness Tester, mold box tester, Digital Hardness Tester, in regular course of production, we can cast from o.500 Kg to 200.000 Kg single piece at present. Our installed Capacity is 500 M.T/ Month at present we are using 250 M.T/per month in this way we can increase our production 250 M.T. Per month with same infrastructure. Our Management team is qualified and takes care of financial and marketing department. Management team is engaged with other department’s employees since start and looks after day to day activities in all sections along with production and H.R. He also looks after Purchase Department. Our group production capacity is about 2000 MT per Month.
